Roundup

A number of studies have found evidence linking exposure to Glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, exposure to certain types of cancer, including Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Leukemia, Myeloma, and Soft Tissue Carcinoma. The studies also showed that the risk of these cancers is just as high with short term use as it was with long term use.

Lawsuits allege that Monsanto, the maker of Roundup, knew of the dangers of glyphosate, but did not add a warning to the label.

Common symptoms for Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma:

• Fever
• Fatigue
• Weight loss or loss of appetite
• Anemia
• Enlarged lymph nodes
• Swelling of the belly or abdomen
• Chest pain
• Shortness of breath

Surviving family members may also be eligible to file a wrongful death lawsuit against Bayer®, should their loved one have passed away as a result of their cancer.

Juries have ruled Bayer® purposefully ignored the warnings that the popular weed killer Roundup® causes cancer. Victims are now filing lawsuits against Bayer® for not properly warning them about this risk.
