Applicants must be accepted to or enrolled in an accredited college, or university, or law school either as an undergraduate or graduate student. Only those who use the application form provided on this page will be considered. Those who submit their application through any other format will not be considered for the scholarship.
Anyone who meets the following conditions is NOT eligible to apply:
1. Employees or children of employees of X Social Media
2. Past recipients of the Law Student Scholarship
3. Applicants who are unable/unwilling to be interviewed by a representative of X Social Media if he/she were to be awarded the scholarship.
4. Applicants who submit the same essay for multiple scholarships
A committee will review each applicant’s entry submitted through the form on this page. The committee is not responsible for any issues that prevent submission through the proper channels, and decisions regarding the winner of the application are final. The scholarship committee reserves the right to request additional applicant information, including updated records.
Information submitted by applicants will be used only to evaluate applicants’ fitness for the Law Student Scholarship. X Social Media LLC will not redistribute or sell applicants’ personal information submitted in the course of applying for the scholarship.
X Social Media LLC will contact the winner of the scholarship through the phone number or email provided in their application. If your submission wins, we reserve the right to publish your essay on social media, our website, and through press releases, including your photo and bio if deemed appropriate by X Social Media.
The XSM Scholarship Committee will not discriminate against applicants based on race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, gender, pregnancy, or any other protected category.
